Remedial Massage in Osborne Park Relieve Pain • Release Tension • Restore Movement
If pain is stopping you from doing the things you love, you're in the right place.
At Massage Club Australia, we understand that no two people experience pain the same way. That's why every appointment starts by listening to your story, understanding your goals, and assessing what's really contributing to your pain.
From there, we create a personalised treatment plan using the most appropriate techniques for your needs. Whether that's remedial massage, lymphatic drainage, bioelectric massage therapy, assisted stretching, scar tissue release massage, pregnancy massage, or a combination of approaches.
Because effective treatment isn't about using the same technique for everyone.
It's about understanding the person in front of us.

Why Clients Choose Massage Club Australia
We assess before we treat.
Every client receives an individual assessment so your treatment is based on your needs, not a routine.
We work with your body, not against it.
Treatment doesn't have to be unnecessarily painful to be effective. Our goal is to help you move better using evidence-informed techniques tailored to your body.
We listen before we treat.
You know your body better than anyone. We take the time to understand your experience because the best treatment starts with listening.
Our Approach
At Massage Club Australia, we believe lasting results begin with understanding, not assumptions.
Our team is committed to ongoing education and evidence-informed practice, ensuring every treatment is chosen because it's the right approach for you, not because it's the only technique we offer.
We can't promise you'll never experience pain again.
But we can promise you'll receive honest advice, personalised treatment, and care that's always in your best interests.
Meet your therapists
Lynda is the Director and Senior Therapist at Massage Club Australia, with a career dedicated to health and wellbeing spanning almost two decades.
Her extensive clinical experience across the complementary and allied health sector has given her a strong understanding of the body, particularly the musculoskeletal system, and a collaborative approach to helping clients move and feel better.
She brings clinical insight, a focus on recovery and a lifelong passion for bodywork and education to every treatment. Lynda believes in listening to each client, understanding what their body needs and working with it — not against it.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her travelling, experimenting in the kitchen or tending to her garden.
Tamara is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a Diploma of Remedial Massage and a genuine passion for helping people feel better, move more freely and get the most out of their bodies.
She combines her professional expertise with intuitive, empathetic care, taking the time to understand each client and what their body needs. Her approach is hands-on and personalised, whether you're looking for relief from ongoing tension, recovering from an injury or simply wanting to feel your best.
Tamara believes that looking after your body can have a positive impact on how you feel and enjoy everyday life, and she brings warmth, care and a genuine interest in people to every treatment.
Outside the clinic, Tamara can often be found behind the microphone as a radio presenter at a local Perth station. She also enjoys photography and volunteering at music events.
Menila is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a calm, intuitive and personalised approach to helping clients reduce pain and tension, improve movement and feel more at ease in their bodies.
Her passion for bodywork has developed through her background in yoga, Thai massage stretching and remedial therapy. She is fascinated by the way the body responds to stress and tension and believes that effective treatment starts with listening to the individual, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Menila is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients can slow down, reconnect with their bodies and feel genuinely cared for. Her treatments combine therapeutic techniques with a gentle, intuitive approach tailored to what each client needs on the day, while she’s equally comfortable applying stronger, firmer pressure when that’s what the treatment calls for.
Outside the clinic, Menila enjoys practising yoga and spending time with her two energetic young boys.
